Portwell has announced the WADE-8046 and WADE-8065 embedded Mini-ITX motherboards.

These Mini-ITX boards support Intel mobile CPUs combined with the 945GME and ICH7-M chipsets. Key features for these boards are DVI output and 2 (or 3) Gigabit Ethernet ports.

WADE-8046 and WADE-8065 utilize a wide selection of Intel mobile CPUs including Core™ 2 Duo, Core Duo, Core Solo and Celeron® M to provide high performance and low power consumption solutions in applications such as medical, gaming, lottery machines, digital signage, kiosk/POS, industrial automation, industrial control, security and communications appliances.

• CPU: support for Intel Core 2 Duo, Core Duo, Celeron M processor
• Chipset: Intel 945GME + ICH7M
• RAM:  2 x 200-pin SODIMM, up to 4 GB of DDR2 RAM

Anandtech is reporting that Cooler Master will show at CeBIT a system consisting of five Mini ITX motherboards, each one with a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400s processor.

ITOX has lauched the NP101-D16C mini-ITX motherboard.

This Mini-ITX board uses the Atom N270 processor combined with the 945GSE chipset and ICH7M southbridge, which allows for low power consumption and the board to run fanless.

The ITOX NP101-D16C Mini-ITX product is ideal for cost-sensitive applied computing and x86embedded systems applications including medical electronics, industrial control, security &surveillance, telecommunications, ATM/POS, digital signage, gaming and kiosk systems.
